Beyond city noise, in a quiet home environment, but close to the centre and the popular city beaches, Residence Rovinj& offers to their guests an unforgettable stay in 18 rooms, with breakfast included in the price, with the extra features of a 4 * hotel. Provided with the most modern hotel technology, the residence was built following the most high standards of sustainability and energy efficiency, such as the automated entry system with magnetic card in the residence, rooms and in the parking lot. In each room you will find: air conditioning, minibar, safe, SOS alarm, sat LCD hotel TV, 220 V sockets, direct dial telephone, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries and a large covered balcony with table and chairs. All rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wi-Fi is included in the price, baby cot is available on request. In addition to the above services, we offer a rich continental breakfast, freshly prepared every morning in the residence restaurant. Standard rooms have a surface area of 19m2 with a double bed (180cm x 200cm) which can be separated into two single beds (90cm x 200cm), bathroom with shower and large covered balcony. Superior Rooms have a surface area of 24m2 with a double bed (180cm x 200cm) which can be separated into two single beds (90cm x 200cm), bathroom with tub and a large covered balcony. Comfort Rooms 2+1 have a surface area of 25m2 with a double bed (180cm x 200cm) which can be separated into two single beds (90cm x 200cm), a comfortable sofa bed (80cm x 190cm), bathroom with shower and large covered balcony. Family Suite 2+2 has a surface area of 35m2. It consists of two standard rooms that are connected to one Family suite for a more pleasant stay, for families with children. One room has a double bed (180cm x 200cm) which can be separated into two single beds (90cm x 200cm) and the other room has a comfortable sofa bed for two persons (160cm x 190cm). Each room has a bathroom with a shower and a large covered balcony. Maximum of four persons.
