[SUล ENI MOL] As Easter approaches, we would like to present four special dishes available on Holy Thursday and Good Friday. The star of the menu is dried hake (suลกeni mol in Croatian). Our fishermen have been catching fish in the bays surrounding Rogoznica, we salted and dried it the traditional way in the bura wind, just like it was done in the past. ๐ŸŸโœจ
