Osoba koja stoji iza svega što izađe iz naše kuhinje - dame i gospodo, naš šef kuhinje, Marijo Badurina.👨🏻‍🍳

*Strast prema kuhanju tu je od rođenja. Školu je završio 1997. godine. Nakon toga je tri sezone radio u kuhinji. Sa 23 godine je napustio stani posao kuhara kako bi… pogađate… kuhao u slobodno vrijeme. Nakon toga se opet vratio u kuhinju. Mjesto šefa kuhinje u Conte Nero je preuzeo u siječnju 2025.

*His passion for cooking has been there from the very beginning. He graduated from culinary school in 1997 and went on to spend three seasons working in professional kitchens. At the age of 23, he left his full-time job as a chef to… you guessed it… cook in his spare time. Eventually, he found his way back to the kitchen. In January 2025, he took on the role of head chef at Conte Nero.

Većinom se ne obaziremo na ovakve komentare, no kad su ozbiljne stvari poput sladoleda u pitanju... moramo razjasniti nekoliko stvari. 😂

Od prvog dana držimo se istog mota - kvaliteta iznad kvantitete. Upravo zato naš sladoled proizvodimo sami, od početka do kraja, pažljivo birajući sastojke i kontrolirajući svaki korak njegova nastanka.

Je li najjeftiniji? Nije.
Je li jedan od najboljih koje ćete probati? To prepuštamo vama da procijenite. Nama (očito) je. 🍨

We don’t usually respond to comments like these, but when serious matters such as ice cream are concerned... we need to clear a few things up. 😂

From day one, we have followed the same motto: quality over quantity. That is exactly why we make our ice cream ourselves, from start to finish, carefully selecting every ingredient and overseeing every step of the process.

Is it the cheapest? No.
Is it one of the best you’ll ever try? We’ll let you be the judge of that. We (obviously) think it is. 🍨
