Restaurant Santa-Marina otvorio je Milan Markoč 2001 godine nakon dugogodišnjeg iskustva rada na prekooceanskim brodovima te više godina vođenje Pizzerie ZG u samom centru grada. Restoran je obiteljski posao, tako da ‘iza šanka’ rade dva sina -Antonio i Ivan, te kćer Marina, a u kuhinji Glavni kuhar Milan, te majka Senija na pizzama i spremanju kruha.Restoran Santa-Marina nudi gostima domaći kruh

koji je kao poslastica te je postao zaštitno lice restorana. Njegova tajna je da se radi od originalnog tijesta od kojeg se rade i Pizze, kuharica Senija je rekla da je tajna u dugogodisnjem receptu.Lokacija restorana 2 kilometra je iznad Primoštena, pa se mnogi pitaju kako i zašto ljudi iz Primoštena dolaze skroz gore na večeru, kada u starom gradu imaju mnogo restorana. Naši gosti se uvijek vračaju, te najviše radimo sa našim starim gostima, jer tko jednom dođe u Santa-Marina, on se uvijek tu i vraća :)
