Već ste čuli da ono po čemu nas pamtite nismo dirali.

Kupus je dokaz da smo se toga i držali. Vatra mu da dubinu, a svježi istarski tartuf, krema od krumpira i inćuna zaokruže priču. Sve ostalo ostavili smo onakvim kakvo treba biti.

Neka jela ne ostaju ista zato što ih se bojimo mijenjati. Ostaju ista zato što su već pronašla svoju najbolju verziju.

You've already heard that we haven't changed the dishes you've come to know us for.

Our cabbage is proof we meant it. Fire gives it depth, while fresh Istrian truffle, potato cream and anchovy complete the story. Everything else, we left just as it should be.

Some dishes don't stay the same because we're afraid to change them. They stay the same because they've already found their best version.

Sezona 2026. je službeno otvorena, a mi smo se vratili tamo gdje nam je najbolje – iza pulta, zasukanih rukava, s jednim okom na vatri, drugim na moru. 🌊

Zimu nismo proveli besposleno. Kuhali smo, kušali, mijenjali, vraćali se na početak. Na jelovniku je nekoliko novih jela koja su prošla kroz previše verzija da bismo ih sada brojali. Prepoznat ćete ih kad ih probate. 🔥

Prostor smo malo dotjerali, a ono po čemu nas pamtite nismo dirali.🍴

Očekujemo vas svakim danom od 10 do 18 h.

The 2026 season is officially open, and we’re back where we’re at our best — behind the counter, hands full, one eye on the fire and the other on the sea. 🌊

Winter wasn’t exactly quiet. We cooked, tasted, changed our minds, started again. A few new dishes made it onto the menu after more versions than we care to count. You’ll recognise them when you taste them. 🔥

We’ve touched up the space a little. The things you remember us for, we left alone.🍴
