Radi se o jedinstvenom povijesnom ambijentu, baroknom dvorištu i gospodarskoj zgradi obitelji Sincich koja je početkom 18. stoljeća naručila gradnju ovoga stambeno-gospodarskog kompleksa, danas sjedišta Zavičajnog muzeja Poreštine. U opisanom ambijentu spomeničke vrijednosti posjetitelji će moći, uz piće kontemplirati početake pismenosti u gradu stare 2000 godina-- rimskodobne lapide, elemente srednjovjekovne arhitekture i grbove novovjekovnih porečkih plemićkih obitelji. Idealno je to mjesto odmora i meditacije uz kulturne programe porečkih muzealaca i u društvu mačka Binga.

Lapidarium, a suggestive cafè, situated In the very heart of Old town Poreč but far enough from the summer rush will enchant you with its unique historical ambient, a baroque courtyard and building that belonged to the Sincich family who commissioned the whole complex at the beginning of the 18th century. Today, the building hosts the Musem of the Poreč territory. Visitors are invited to enjoy a drink while contemplating the 2000 years old scripts, monuments, tombstones and coats of arms that belonged to the Roman, Medieval and Modern era and witness the town's rich history. Cafè Lapidarium is the ideal place to rest and take part to the numerous cultural programmes organized by the Museum, all in good company of our cat Bingo.
