Neki od naših gostiju još uvijek ne znaju da povremeno izleti!

Prošle subote, sav tim otišli su na večeru u Šibenik!
Gosti su prihvatili .

Kuhar Nikola Eterovich i naš šef slastičar Jurij Volkov održali su degustacijsku večeru koju Hrvatska još nije vidjela.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Gosti su imali priliku kušati tune, kamenice sa snijegom od viskija, smokve u tartufima, govedinu s divljim gljivama, kao i novo djelo kulinarstva umjetnika Jurija Volkova - sladoled od liganja (4. fotografija u vrtuljku)!

Večera je završila sa cheese cake-om s malinom.
Svako jelo je popraćeno čašom vina.

Last Saturday, all the employees of went to the dinner party at ! Guests accepted .

Nikola Eterovich and our pastry chef Yuri Volkov held a tasting dinner, which Croatia has not seen yet.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Guests had a chance to taste yellow fin tuna, oysters with whiskey snow, figs in truffle, beef with wild mushrooms, as well as a new piece of culinary art by Yuri Volkov - fried squid ice cream (4th photo in the carousel)!

They wanted more!)

The evening finished with a cheesecake with raspberry sorbet.
Each dish was accompanied by a glass of wine.

Pržimo komadići bakalara u domaćim tijestu našeg kuhara Jurija zapravo ispred naših gostija.
Nježna riba poslužena u hrskavoj kori s prilogom od domaćeg pomfrita s svježe pripremljenim tartar umakom.

Deep fried pieces of we cook in a homemade batter right in front of our guests.
Juicy fish in a crispy crust served with a homestyle french fries with freshly prepared Tartar sauce.

Dobrila je uspjela!👍💥🎉

Divno smo sve proveli!
Jurij je dijelio tajne izrade nevjerojatnog čokoladnog fondanta!
I Dobrila je otišla kući s receptima i kolačima - castiti svojih najdražih kulinarskim užicima!

Naš šef Jurij Volkov će vas poučiti kako praviti najboliji na Svjetu!

Naućiti se će par top sekreta i trikova za pripremanje najboljih slactica! Svaki će sudionik otići kući sa svojim desertom i stečenim znanjem!
