🌿✨ Meet our summer guardian! ✨🌿

Every summer at Pod Odrnom, we are watched over by this charming little lavender man – quietly spreading good vibes, Mediterranean scents and a touch of magic.

Handcrafted from lavender and wild plants by our talented neighbour, artist Vice Tomasović, each figure is a unique piece of botanical art inspired by the herbal traditions, nature and cultural heritage of Dalmatia. His BIOART studio in Omiš transforms local plants into beautiful collectible artworks and souvenirs.

If our lavender guardian makes you smile, why not adopt one of your own? 🌿

Visit our neighbour’s wonderful BIOART studio and discover these delightful little protectors, along with many other unique creations made from medicinal and wild plants of our region. A perfect memory to take home from Dalmatia!

Tender, chargrilled octopus—marinated to perfection—rests on a bed of velvety parsley & garlic potato purée, its creaminess balancing the gentle smokiness of the grill. On the side, a warm caponata brings brightness and depth with slow-cooked vegetables, rich tomato, and briny black olives.
