Bacili smo Ješku u MICHELIN Guide 2026. ❤️
Kad smo prije tri godine otvorili vrata Ješke, imali smo samo jednu želju, a to je stvoriti mjesto kojem ćete se uvijek vrlo rado vraćati. Danas je ta želja dobila jedno veliko priznanje koje nam neizmjerno puno znači. Biti dio MICHELIN Guide 2026 nama je jedna velika potvrda da se naša ljubav prema kuhanju i uloženi trud zaista prepoznaju.
Ješka postoji tek tri godine, ali iza nje stoji više od deset godina rada, učenja, odricanja, padova i uspona. Najveće hvala ide našem timu, našim obiteljima i prijateljima koji su nas gurali naprijed kad je bilo najteže, i hvala svakom gostu koji je odlučio sjesti za naš stol i vjerovati nam.

When we opened the doors of Ješka three years ago, we had just one wish, and that is to create a place you would always be happy to return to. Today, that wish has been rewarded with an incredible recognition that means so much to us. Being included in the MICHELIN Guide 2026 is a true confirmation that our passion for cooking and the hard work we’ve put in have been recognized.
Ješka may be only three years old, but behind it are more than ten years of dedication, learning, sacrifice, setbacks and achievements. Our biggest thanks go to our amazing team, our families and friends who stood by us and pushed us forward during the toughest times, and to every guest who chose to sit at our table and place their trust in us.
