This summer twice a week after 11 PM: live music, real atmosphere and a selected crowd. Dress to impress Welcome to Restaurant Gariful, the small family business with the large
international reputation. Located on Hvar's exclusive waterfront, our
business is fish and the highest quality dining experience on the Adriatic. Our seven fishing boats trawl the Adriatic every morning to provide the best
and freshest catch for our guests. With an underground aquarium under the restaurant floor, the freshest daily
catch embedded on a tray of ice each evening, and the Adriatic just two
metres away, it will not take you long to appreciate the Gariful
relationship with the sea. In addition to this, Gariful has an extensive
wine and Champagne list, the largest on the island, and can accommodate both
yacht and villa catering. Running the kitchen is Stipe Gurabic, an outstanding chef with 35 years'
experience, nine of them with Gariful. Accompanied by two other chefs,
Stipe's passion is fish, and he is now firmly settled on Hvar, having worked
in top hotels and restaurants in Europe. Welcome to Gariul and to the island of Hvar, the perfect combination of
luxury dining on one of the world's most beautiful islands.
