As we prepare for our May opening, our kitchen is busy perfecting the balance between tradition and contemporary technique. Here, a succulent, pan-seared duck breast meets velvet-smooth purée and garden-fresh accents, all elevated by the bold notes of a carefully selected Croatian red.
Fine dining is more than a meal; it is a moment captured in time. We look forward to sharing these moments with you again very soon.

The table is being set, the cellar is breathing, and that unmistakable Hvar light is calling us back to the water’s edge.
There is a certain rhythm to life on the terrace - the gentle hum of the boats, the clink of crystal, and the anticipation of the first pour. We are spent the winter refining our craft to ensure your return is nothing short of poetic.
