There is a reflection of the mediterranien as it once was in every single drop of olive oil that we use, from Pelješac nad Korčula island; every single sip of the w**e we offer reflects richness of the soil and hard work of the people... There is just sun, sea and wind in the salt we use in our kitchen from Ston... We outsource homeland products, authentic vegetables, fresh adriatic fish... Our cakes taste like granmothers... With plenty of southern remedies, lemon, orange, carob, almands... often accompanied by inevitable and seductive chocolate...

We do our best to make you remember the taste of Dubrovnik...
