📣 Škola traži novu kolegicu! ❤️

Nakon puno zajedničkih smjena, kava, gužvi, smijeha i svega što ide uz život jedne male Škole, došlo je vrijeme da našem timu pridružimo još jednu osobu. 😊

Naša dugogodišnja kolegica trenutno je na bolovanju zbog ozbiljne ozljede i čeka je višemjesečni oporavak, a naše tri studentice ove jeseni odlaze na fakultet izvan Dubrovnika. I koliko god nam je drago zbog njihovih novih početaka, nama ostaje nekoliko pari ruku manje. ❤️

Zato tražimo djelatnicu za puno radno vrijeme i stalni radni odnos — nekoga tko ne traži samo posao za mjesec-dva, nego mjesto na kojem bi se mogao zadržati malo duže i postati dio naše male ekipe.

Ako već biramo što ćemo pojesti, neka to ne bude samo nešto što će nas zasititi. 🥗 Naša Jadranska pasta salata složena je kao pravi obrok — s proteinima, kvalitetnim mastima, vitaminima, mineralima i vlaknima koji tijelu daju ono što mu stvarno treba kroz dan. Jer dobra prehrana nije kazna, dijeta ni brojanje svakog zalogaja; to je način da tijelu damo energiju za posao, trening, koncentraciju i sve ono što od njega svakodnevno očekujemo. Thirty years ago, Ana’s mother opened the doors of Buffet škola with a simple idea: good food, honest work, and a warm welcome for everyone who walked in. Today, Ana carries that same spirit forward.

She’s the kind of person who’s always moving. While most of the Old Town is still waking up, she’s already baking bread. And when the last loaf is gone, she simply starts again. Fresh bread isn’t something they prepare once a day - it’s something they keep making, over and over, because that’s just how they’ve always done it.

The legendary prosciutto sandwiches have stayed exactly the same for 30 years, made with homemade bread, local prosciutto, and the kind of care you can’t rush. Between pulling warm loaves from the oven and mixing what many locals swear are the best cocktails in Dubrovnik, Ana somehow still finds time to welcome every guest with a genuine smile.

Just a few steps from Stradun, Buffet škola isn’t trying to impress anyone with trends. It never needed to. For three decades, it has quietly won people over with the smell of fresh bread, recipes that never changed, and the feeling that you’ve stumbled into a place that still believes the best things in life should be made by hand.
