concept involves providing you with a selection
of two or three daily specials while making
all menu items available for pre-ordering
(see reverse). If you allow us advance notice
to prepare, we can make certain it’s
ready when you are. In this way we can assure you of the best
dining experience, promising mouth-watering
dinners with long marinades made with slow
and careful preparation. For example, some
roasted dishes can take up to 10 hours to
ensure moist and savory flavors! Enjoy fresh home-grown and local ingredients
wherever possible, from Utila pork, chicken,
veggies & more. Seafood is only offered
when we can say “It’s Fresh!”
‘Meat Lovers’ will appreciate that our menu
indicates vwhether your selection of beef is
USDA import or of the highest Honduran
quality, allowing you to make the right
choice. Vegetarians will find a variety of
menu offerings here in the ‘Jungle’.
