Our Story
Scotty C never knew that when he made one small bottle of hot sauce and had his friends try it out, that it would ever blow up to the production it is today.
Our garden is now filled with mutton pepper plants and he has been busy making hot sauce a few times a week.
It is the perfect gift to bring home from a vacation on Roatan or to stock up in your own kitchen. We also offer customized labels for restaurants, wedding gift favors, you name it!
You can find the original two flavors - risky roatan (milder version) and smoky island heat (double the mutton peppers) at Gingers Caribbean Grill, The Wine Room or Sundowners in West End or message us directly for an order. Many of your favorite bars and restaurants like the The Landing at The Beach House or Roatan Oasis, may have a bottle or two behind the bar as well!
