This weekend in the jungle: Marce & Tony live Sunday, Craft Market 11–4, late nights Friday & Saturday with pizza and Smash Burgers, plus new RIBC Punch Cards and Double Punch Days every Monday & Tuesday.

Friday & Saturday — Open till 9pm
The Pizza Pit is fired up with our signature pizzas and Smash Burgers. The pizzas have been a bit of a hit lately — come try one for yourself.

Sunday — Craft Market + Live Music
Craft Market from 11am–4pm, then Marce & Tony live from 3–5pm under the jungle canopy. Come shop local, grab some lunch and stick around for the music.

Craft Market hosted by Aegis - All Natural this Sunday, Fried Fish Sandwiches all week, Beef Birria Tacos this weekend, Smash Mosaic IPA & Cold IPA on tap, late nights Friday & Saturday — and Oktoberfest 2026 is on the way!

There’s lots happening at the brewery this week. Fried Fish Sandwiches are on the menu all week, with Beef Birria Tacos joining the lineup for the weekend.

Ted’s popular Smash Mosaic IPA stays on tap this week, along with our Cold IPA.

Friday & Saturday we’re open until 9pm, with Smash Burgers, signature pizzas, cold beer, and plenty of time to hang out in the jungle.

And we’re already getting ready for Oktoberfest 2026. Stay tuned for updates — we’ve got lots planned.

This week in the jungle: an all-new Philly Cheesesteak & Chicken Marsala Wraps, live music Friday and Saturday night, pizzas, and 13 creations on tap.

The Philly Cheesesteak joins the lineup this week — shaved beef, melted cheese, peppers and onions, piled into a toasted roll.

Chicken Marsala Wraps are this week’s special, with tender chicken, mushrooms and rich Marsala flavor wrapped up for an easy brewery lunch.

Live island music from 5:30–8:30pm.

Saturday Night — DJ Gerson Avila
Music in the jungle from 5:30–8:30pm.

And apparently the pizzas are a bit of a hit. The pizza oven is fired up Friday and Saturday nights — come try one for yourself.

Friday night, Jensen Grant is back on stage bringing his signature island music, and our NEW Smash Burgers make their debut on the Friday & Saturday pizza pit menu.

Saturday night, DJ Gerson Avila keeps the party going under the lights.

Back by popular demand, our Birria Quesadillas return this weekend after quickly becoming one of our most requested specials. Slow-cooked seasoned beef, melted cheese, and a side of rich chipotle stew for dipping.

A few moments from Acropora 2026.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support BICA, coral reef restoration, and the island communities that depend on a healthy Roatan. Events like this remind us what makes this island so special—people coming together for a great cause.

Thanks for spending the day with us, and we can't wait to do it all again next year. See you at Acropora 2027!

Craft Market by .all.natural this Saturday, welcoming the runners in to the brewery...

This week we've got pulled pork sandwiches, late nights with pizza and testing out some smash burgers, 3-2-1 ribs on the weekend, and the Acropora Eco Trail Run finishing at the brewery on Saturday morning.

Pulled pork sandwiches are on the menu through Friday. Slow roasted, shredded, and stacked on a bun the way they should be.

Friday and Saturday we're open till 9pm. We'll be firing up pizzas and trying out some new smash burgers. Come hungry and let us know what you think.

Saturday and Sunday we're doing 3-2-1 ribs. Low and slow, fall off the bone, worth the drive out.

Saturday morning the 8th Acropora Eco Trail Run finishes right here at RIBC. About 600 runners coming through the jungle and along the north shore, ending up at the brewery for live music, a craft market, food, awards, and cold beer. Races start at 6am with 2K, 5K, 10K, and 20K options. Registration is open at bicainc.org/events if you want to run. If you just want to show up and cheer, that works too.
