What a special day at Chrisly Café!
We were incredibly honoured to welcome Countess Alexandra of Frederiksborg and her son, Count Nikolai of Monpezat, to Chrisly Café. A huge thank you to our dear friend and partner, Ms Koei Leung, for making the introduction and personally inviting them to experience a taste of Hong Kong with us.
During their visit, the Countess and Count enjoyed our signature dishes, including Scrambled Eggs with Char Siu Rice, Black Truffle Macaroni, Halal Pineapple Bun, Beef Brisket Curry and, of course, authentic Hong Kong-style Milk Tea.
The Countess and the Count were not only elegant and charming, but also incredibly gracious. They chatted warmly with our staff, bringing a joyful atmosphere to the entire room.
Our team takes enormous pride in providing every guest with a memorable experience, so it was wonderful to see them enjoying both the food and the atmosphere. It was a very proud moment for everyone at Chrisly Café and one we’ll remember for a long time.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming them back to Hong Kong - and to Chrisly Café - again soon!

當天，他們品嚐了我們的招牌菜式：叉燒滑蛋飯、黑松露通粉、清真菠蘿包、咖喱牛腩，以及地道的港式奶茶。看見兩位對我們的出品讚賞有加，令全體團隊備受鼓舞。
兩位貴賓不僅舉止優雅迷人，更和藹可親，與我們餐廳員工親切互動、相談甚歡，令整間餐廳都充滿著歡愉的氣氛。這段美好的邂逅，將成為華星冰室最珍貴的時光收藏。
衷心期待兩位未來再度蒞臨香港這美食之都，本餐廳定當竭誠奉上更多地道美食，再次恭迎兩位的尊貴光臨。
