Mark your calendars: Winter arrives at Auor on Tuesday, 12 November, bringing a new tasting menu and offers galore! Not only is our signature Six Rounds menu served at a special year-end price, but we also invite three guests to dine for the price of two (offer applicable Monday to Saturday evening until 30 November on the Six Rounds or the four-course Moments in Time menu). What’s more, to ensure your merriment reaches the maximum, we are waiving our corkage charge. So come, dine, BYOB(s), and enjoy amazing value for money!

Chef Edward combines two of his favourite things, copious quantities of Champagne (!), and the countdown to the winter party season, in a new Friday and Saturday dinner menu that puts the ‘wow’ into weekend. Beginning on 25 October for a limited time, enjoy free-flow M.Hostomme Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne with four contemporary Asian-French creations including shrimp pasta ‘laksa’, a sumptuous beef main and Maotai ice cream.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to friends and guests who joined me for ‘24 Auor, My Fiction’ last Friday and Saturday night. It was a deeply personal, thrill-a-minute journey for me, as the fantastic Auor kitchen team recreated classics from our shared dining heritage – 24 diverse taste sensations of Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia and more that make us proud to call Asia home. We aimed to blend truth and fantasy, tradition and creativity, nostalgia and the unexpected while paying homage to the Asian love of hearty shared dishes, intricately crafted dim sum and vibrant street food. And we still have much more to reimagine – look out for another instalment of My Fiction coming to Auor in the new year!
