Our 5th Anniversary celebration is far from over. This September, we’re bringing Japanese sake culture to dry-aged beef with our new limited-edition creation: Sake Kasu Dry Aged Black Angus Ribeye 🍶🥩

Sake kasu is the creamy white lees left after fermented rice mash is pressed during sake production. With its delicate sweetness, subtle fruitiness and gentle umami, it gives our steak a distinctive Japanese character. Through kasu aging, the rich beefiness of our dry-aged Black Angus Ribeye is complemented by fermented rice notes, creating exceptionally tender and juicy bites. 😋✨

Each bite reveals deep beefy flavour, gentle sweetness, bright umami and the uplifting fruity finish of sake—a beautifully balanced combination of flavours. 🍶🔥
