The "Hong Kong Blend Series" reflects our respect for this city—a place shaped by tradition, resilience, and persistence. As the first in the series, Lion Rock is inspired by the spirit of moving forward, step by step.
To capture this, we blended beans from Brazil, Colombia, and Indonesia.
This isn't a coffee meant to surprise you at the first sip. It’s a cup that reveals its depth slowly. The walnut and roasted nut base from Brazil and Colombia meets the almond and peanut butter layers of Indonesia, finished with a gentle fruit acidity.
Like the Lion Rock spirit—it doesn’t shout, but it is always there.
A tribute to everyone working quietly towards their goals.
「香港系列咖啡」源於我哋對呢座城市嘅熱愛。香港唔係單一味道，而係由韌力同堅持交織而成。作為系列首作，Lion Rock 正是致敬那份默默耕耘、排除萬難嘅精神。
為了呈現呢種特質，我哋挑選了巴西、哥倫比亞及印尼三個產區的拼配。
佢唔係一杯第一口就要驚艷你嘅咖啡，而係需要慢慢品嚐、愈飲愈有感覺。巴西同哥倫比亞奠定了踏實嘅核桃基調，加上印尼豆嘅花生醬層次，最後以柔和果酸作結。
就好似獅子山精神一樣——不張揚，卻始終存在。
呢一杯咖啡，獻畀每一位默默努力、穩步向前嘅人。
