Chiu Mei Kui Chiu Chow Seafood Restaurant 潮味居創辨於2009年，由宋炎坤大師宋師傅主理。宋師傅于1979年入行，汕頭怡香潮州莱館，曾于香港多間潮州菜名店任職（美心潮江春、金島燕窩、佳寧娜潮州……等）。

2006年阿一鲍魚高级研究認證鲍魚勛章同年，香港餐務管理協會會員。
2007年香港lO優潮州滷水比拼勇奪滷水至尊獎及金牌滷水鵝肝獎。
2008年考獲中華厨藝學院國家高級專業認證及勛章。
2009年法國國際厨皇美食會五星大師及管理勛章。
