度小月香港 台灣「度小月」源起於1895年的台南洪氏先祖，因每年在海象不佳的季節時無法出海捕魚，漁民俗稱「小月」，為了養家就賣起麵來藉此「度」過「小月」，由於口味獨道，廣為大眾接受，「度小月擔仔麵」卻成為金字招牌。

「度小月」源記

「度小月」的傳奇始於1895 年清光緒年間 。當時第一代創辦人、以捕魚為生的洪氏先祖洪芋頭於台南府城與福建海澄之間的海域捕魚為生。 由於他每年在清明至中秋的颱風季節
