寶哥火鍋味館樓高3層、達8,000平方呎，還設有酒窖，供應超過400款葡萄酒，更有駐場品酒師。湯底足料且款式多，特色湯底包括鮮人參醉雞湯、枝竹大魚頭鍋、猴頭菇鯊魚骨鍋、四川麻辣鍋和海鮮冬蔭功鍋等等，全部不加味精，真材實料。配料首推極少見的豬翅筋，一隻豬只有兩條翅筋，每日限量供應，最好預訂。豬肚尖和杏汁白肺亦出色，牛肉有齊日本佐賀和牛、澳洲M9、M12、本地肥牛。其他食物如手打丸、蝦滑、雲吞等，都是自家製作，亦有刺身提供，推介象拔蚌、帶子、鮑魚刺身拼盤。
