When two pizza kitchens get together, things get busy. Chef Lorenzo of joined us on 11 September for a guest shift, bringing a taste of Melbourne to Hong Kong with three collaboration pizzas. 🔥🍕

From the first pizza stretch to the last plate, it was a full night in the kitchen. Thanks to SHOP 225 for making the trip, and to everyone who came hungry.

Missed the party? The three pizzas are still available at Vesu until 11 October — with more collaborations on the way. 📆

Australia's iconic joins Vesu on 11 September to kick off our International Guest Shift Series, with Chef Lorenzo flying in for one night behind the pass. Expect signatures such as SHOP 225's Zio Pino, Wagyu Bresaola and Bianca Gamberi, alongside limited-edition collaboration pizzas co-crafted by both chefs, and you have the menu for our one-night-only guest shift on 11 September.
