The menu includes “Cured Iberian Smoked Jowls with Waffles and Maple Syrup“, ”Tomato Water Jelly with Dill🍅 “. For the main courses, there are ”Foie Gras with Cherry Compote and Sabayon“, ”Living-Salt Cooked Red Mullet“ or ”Australian Wagyu Ribeye.“ For dessert, we have “Rose Crémeux with Raspberry Confit”, where you can add your artistic touch by colouring the Crémeux, adding different hues to the Queen’s garden.
