【 Le Vallon Final Chapter 】
It has been a good two years journey, with 16 seasonal menus created by one man band in the kitchen, using two induction cookers.
When most people belittled our idea at the beginning to now receiving genuine appreciations from our customers. We are proud to say we did it!
A small independent shop with no fancy decor or flashy marketing. Only cared about consistency & improvements going further.
Thank you to our hardworking Le Vallon team, suppliers who wouldn’t mind our small scale, and most importantly, everyone who has visited us!
Without your support and encouragement, we wouldn’t get through this amazing two years together.
Le Vallon will serve the last seasonal menu from March 7th until April 7th.
We are looking forward to sharing the final page of this chapter with you, and hope to meet you again in our next journey.
