Meet the woman behind the kitchen at Coffeelin — Chef Johana Pulat Johana 🇮🇹
Her journey into gastronomy began with w**e and eventually brought her to ALMA, one of Italy’s most renowned culinary schools. Nearly a decade of living across Italy shaped her understanding of its regional traditions, ingredients and flavours.
Today, Johana brings this philosophy to Coffeelin: fresh, quality ingredients, balanced flavours, and the belief that every plate should be a little work of art.
And that means doing things by hand. From our fresh pasta to the smallest details on the plate, everything we can create ourselves, we do — with care, precision and respect for Italian tradition.
Because for Johana, true Italian cuisine is about simplicity, craftsmanship and letting great ingredients speak for themselves
