一隻魷魚，由廚房炭燒到上枱，每一步都好講究。🔥原隻魷魚以泰式風味炭燒至微焦，再切成一口大小，配上香辣魚露。Pla Meuk Yang 以最簡單嘅配搭將魷魚嘅鮮味、炭香同微辣滋味一次過帶出，越食越上癮。🦑✨

Our Pla Meuk Yang starts with a whole squid grilled over high heat until beautifully charred, then sliced and served with spicy fish sauce. Smoky on the outside, tender and springy in every bite, with a savoury kick that keeps things interesting.🦑✨ No fuss, just bold Thai flavours and a whole lot of good bites. 🌿
