咖啡唔止係一杯飲品，更加代表住我哋點樣對待咖啡，而今次三款 Espresso Based 正正代表我哋對於傳統同創新嘅包容。

01 Asian House Blend
使用兩款雲南豆拼配，以中烘低酸度同Nutty 風味為核心面向一般大眾，當中加入咗厭氧日曬處理法，帶黎更多紅酒同深色水果風味增加飲用層次。

02 Single Origin
埃塞俄比亞 —— Guji Hambella Kurume 水洗處理法，莓果、柑橘、花香風味構成埃塞嘅魅力，而我哋相信喺處理法日新月異嘅時代，返璞歸真嘅水洗埃塞係最啱啡友。

03 Limited
哥倫比亞 —— Finca Milan 氮氣水洗
着重創新傳理法嘅莊園，以酵素發酵同氮氣形成可控制發酵，發展出明確具體風味同高甜度，啱晒鍾意試新嘢或者初接觸咖啡嘅人。

01 Asian House Blend
Crafted by blending two Yunnan beans. With a medium roast and low acidity, it centers on nutty character for a coffee that appeals to everyday drinkers. We also incorporate an anaerobic natural process to introduce richer red-wine notes and dark-fruit flavors, adding greater complexity to each cup.

02 Single Origin
Ethiopia — Guji Hambella Kurume washed. This Ethiopia is defined by berry, citrus, and floral notes, capturing the unique allure of Ethiopian coffee. We believe that as processing techniques continue to evolve, a classic washed Ethiopia remains the perfect choice for coffee lovers.

03 Limited
Colombia — Finca Milan Nitro washed. This limited offering highlights a pioneering approach to a traditional estate method. By combining enzyme fermentation with nitrogen, it creates controlled fermentation, resulting in clearly defined, distinct flavor characteristics and a pleasantly higher sweetness level. Ideal for anyone curious to try something new—or for those new to coffee.

呢份豆單剛好係一場傳統同現今處理法嘅對話。
傳統處理法嘅核心係「還原」，依靠自然環境而非人工干預，目標只有一個：讓產地、品種、氣候自己說話。而現代處理法嘅核心係「創造」。探索風味可編輯性，透過厭氧環境、雙重發酵、溫度與時間控制，刻意放大特定風味分子。
兩者嘅喜好冇對錯，只有啱唔啱自己飲。

《東京coffee shop私心分享》
barista日常工作，係企喺bar枱後為大家沖煮一杯咖啡。
而barista旅行，係用旅人身份坐喺人哋bar枱前面，感受被款待嘅細節。
東京呢三間coffee shop，係我哋好想分享比同樣focus喺咖啡品質、待客之道同好vibe嘅大家。
重點係呢幾間要排隊但唔會排好耐～

［Kielo Coffee］秋葉原｜淺草
喺仲御徒町站附近嘅小店（二店喺淺草雷門），主打自家烘焙豆，鋪頭長期都有8款豆做手沖/latte，由daily 嘅Ethiopia 到入門級geisha，再到競賽級咖啡豆，唔同品種唔同處理法都滿足唔同人嘅需求，亦比更多人接觸得到唔同產地嘅風味呈現。

［X Coffee Ginza］銀座
Kielo Coffee嘅姊妹店，暗黑簡約風格，豆嘅選擇相對偏向中高端，同Kielo一樣有多款產地咖啡豆揀。

［Lonich］藏前
喺藏前站附近，以coffee omakase聞名，亦可以walk in 飲手沖，豆list大部分都係高質嘅咖啡豆，配合佢哋自己嘅濾杯，手沖風格係clean cup、smooth texture、good flavour 。

Tokyo Coffee Shop Sharing

The daily routine of a barista involves standing behind the bar and brewing a cup of coffee for everyone. Meanwhile, a barista’s travel experience means sitting at other people’s bars as a traveler, savoring the details of being served.

These three coffee shops in Tokyo are places we really want to share with those who also focus on coffee quality, hospitality, and good vibes. The best part is that while you may have to wait in line, it won’t be too long!

[Kielo Coffee] Akihabara | Asakusa
A small shop near Okachimachi Station (with another location at Asakusa’s Kaminarimon), specializing in house-roasted beans. The shop always offers eight varieties for hand-drip coffee and lattes, ranging from daily Ethiopian beans to entry-level Geisha and competition-grade coffee. The different varieties and processing methods satisfy a wide range of tastes, while also allowing more people to experience the diverse flavors from various origins.

[X Coffee Ginza] Ginza
The sister shop of Kielo Coffee, featuring a dark minimalist style. The choice of beans leans towards mid to high-end selections, and like Kielo, it offers a variety of coffee beans from different origins.

[Lonich] Kuramae
Located near Kuramae Station, known for its coffee omakase. You can also walk in for hand-drip coffee. The bean list mainly features high-quality coffee beans, paired with their own drip cups. Their hand-drip style results in a clean cup, smooth texture, and good flavor.
