東門町開業於2010年2月, 主打重慶酸辣粉, 定位快餐小食店。
定價進取, 價錢大衆化。當時一碗重慶酸辣粉定價$12.

2010年中,我們加入 『加餸』概念, 反應熱烈。俱使東門町加入更多配料,確立『車仔酸辣粉』的進化。

2011年, 我們推出重慶麻辣燙, 味道火辣刺激, 為嗜辣怕酸的麻辣愛好者, 提供一個不錯的選擇。

2012年 夏天, 東門町 引入涼伴面, 手抓餅, 串燒炸物 等皇牌小食,使食物更多源化。當中一些更是 『期間限定』

除了皇牌重慶酸辣粉, 我們不斷改進並加入其他小食(當中包括一些非辣味選擇)。
