蘇新旭師傅自18歲入行，擁有逾26年豐富點心製作經驗，曾於利苑、翠園及 Chinese Library 等知名中菜食府任職，多年來始終專注鑽研傳統粵式點心工藝。

從食材挑選、餡料調配，以至搓皮、包製與蒸焗火候，每一道工序均講求準繩與細緻。蘇師傅堅持以人手製作，憑藉扎實功架與豐富經驗，細心掌握點心的外形、口感與風味，呈現粵式點心細膩而地道的精髓。

His dedication to handcrafted preparation ensures that each dim sum creation achieves the ideal balance of appearance, texture and authentic flavour.
