🎃 The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Gateau and the Strawberry Mousse. The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Gateau is shaped like an adorable pumpkin, layered with rich chocolate cream and nutty hazelnut praline paste, set atop a crispy rice base for a delightful textural contrast.

🧠 The Strawberry Mousse, on the other hand, takes on a playful brain-shaped form, topped with a drizzle of “blood-red” strawberry sauce and complete with a scissor decoration that adds a playful, slightly mischievous touch!

This collaboration is more than just a menu, it’s a celebration of local craftsmanship and heritage. Our Executive Chef, Ken Lee, has worked hand-in-hand with two generations of the Shing Hing family: led by senior masters Mr. Lee Shu-lam and Mr. Lee Shu-keung, alongside next-generation successor Mr. Lee Wai-kin. Together, their shared dedication brings the soul of this beloved heritage brand straight to your table.
