Enjoy a wondrous, heart-warming and, yes, white Christmas in LE PAN’s pristine, glistening dining rooms. The festivities begin in earnest the week before Christmas with an indulgent Yuletide lunch – five aromatic courses including caviar, duck foie gras and winter truffle, wagyu short rib and Dauphinoise potato doused in red wine (pictured), and spiced stone fruit with Chantilly cream. Chef Edward, naturally, is at his creative best on Christmas Eve, presenting a six-course feast culminating in quail dressed with Périgord truffle and Marsala sauce, and a sinful sweet of dark chocolate, chestnut and rum & raisin.
Proving there’s no rest for the wickedly innovative, the team are back with a bang on Christmas Day, delivering a hedonistic lunchtime spread with free-flow RSRV Champagne to blow all hangovers away… And on Christmas night, joy fills the holly-decked halls for another splendid six-course celebration, opening with the chef’s acclaimed caviar and mud crab Martini.
