香港紅磡新餐廳，名為“嚐在心”。店名取自《溏心風暴》中女主角“常在心”名字的諧音，寓意米線之美味，品嘗過的顾客皆能留味于心中之意。店址位於香港红磡德民街德民大厦F1号铺，店面装修颇文艺，米線口味與眾不同，以清淡营养健康為主路线，從此米線不止是重口味。主打產品：酸菜牛肉米線，飄香拌麵，豬骨湯麵，魚丸，滷蛋，鳳爪。
