說起越南菜大家總會想起正正經經的坐在傳統的木椅上吃著生牛河，但走進屯門市廣場3樓的全新越式餐廳 What The Pho (囍越) 時，你對越菜的感覺可能從此顛覆！

囍越位於人氣旺盛的屯門市廣場，為 Lubuds F&B Group 旗下的越南餐廳。餐廳的大牆畫滿了充滿現代感的大象壁畫，畫家是曾與多間高級酒店及商場進行多個聯乘展覽的 Jimmy Lam花了兩個星期所繪畫。

在菜式上，囍越 除了會有傳統菜式滿足大家外，更會在其中一些菜式中加入不一樣的材料，務求令大家喜出望外，這也是囍越有兩個 “喜” 字的意思。
