Somewhere in Milano, someone's weekend lunch plans are probably already running very late.

We’re bringing that feeling to Shin Hing Street with Free-Flow Pasta during our Weekend Brunch. Expect Rigatoni Ragù, Pumpkin & Salsiccia, Linguine Vongole, Chitarra with Broccoli & Anchovies, and Penne Arrabbiata, served for as long as you’re ready to keep the table going.

There’s something very Milanese about spending your rest days around a table, with pasta in front of you and nowhere else you need to be.

New drinks have arrived, and they're already making themselves at home.

The Zucca Spritz, Brera Botanico, La Scala Gold, Martini San Marco and Porto-Nuovo are now behind the bar at Primo. Five new cocktails for the hour when work is over, the lights come on, and dinner suddenly feels like a very good idea. Meet us for aperitivo on Shin Hing Street.

Every Weekend Brunch, we’re putting five favourites on the table: Rigatoni Ragù, Rigatoni Pumpkin & Salsiccia, Linguine Vongole, Chitarra with Broccoli & Anchovies, and Penne Arrabbiata. Try one, try another, then go back to the first one because choosing a favourite is too much pressure.

Bring your people. We’ll keep the pasta coming.

Shin Hing Street had a good one.

The LUAH Block Party brought the community together for an afternoon of drinks, music and good company on the steps. Glasses in hand, music in the air, familiar faces meeting new ones — for a little while, Shin Hing Street felt like one big table.

A little Milanese spirit, and exactly the kind of afternoon we love at Primo. Grazie to luah.hk for having us along and giving the neighbourhood a very good reason to come together.

昨天下午，善慶街格外美好。

LUAH Block Party讓社區聚在一起，在石階上喝酒、聽音樂，享受一個輕鬆的午後。人人手持著酒杯，耳邊有音樂播放，舊友與新知相聚，讓善慶街如同一張大型餐桌。

Meet the drinks responsible for a very red September at Primo.

The Red Campari Brunch is back every weekend from 5 September, bringing the Negroni, Sbagliato, Bicicletta and Garibaldi to the table. You'll also find Campari making its way beyond the bar, with a few bittersweet touches appearing in the kitchen too.

Because in Milano, a little amaro is part of the fun. Especially when there's a table full of people to share it with. Un po' amaro, un po' dolce. A little bitter, a lot of company.

Forget making plans three streets away. On 12 September, we're keeping things close to home as Primo joins our Shin Hing Street neighbours for a block party from 3pm to 7pm.

There'll be Milanese bites, drinks, music and plenty of reasons to wander from one end of the steps to the other, with Campari joining us to keep our corner of the afternoon nicely red.

A little neighbourhood hospitality, Primo style. Come find us on the block.

Last September, we turned Primo red. You made it pretty clear once wasn’t enough.

So we’re bringing back our Red Campari Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 5 September, with five classic Milanese cocktails on the table, including the Negroni, Sbagliato, Spritz and Garibaldi. This time, Campari isn’t stopping at the bar either. A little finds its way into the kitchen, with bittersweet glazes and dashes of that unmistakable red making their way through a few dishes.

Save room for the special Campari dessert, or keep things bright with our Orange Sorbet, also available à la carte.

September brings two new reasons to take your time around the table.

First, Linguine al Limone, with tender scallop, lemon butter and crisp breadcrumbs — it’s bright, buttery and made for twirling. Then there’s the Carpaccio di Lingua: slow-cooked veal tongue with giardiniera, salsa verde and Mostarda di Cremona, bringing a little more depth to the evening.

Two new specials, straight from our kitchen to your table. Milan is always a good place to start.

九月份，多了兩個來到這張餐桌的理由。

首先是檸檬扁意粉，以嫩煎帶子、檸檬牛油、麵包糠入饌，味道特別明亮，且滿載牛油香，最適合捲起一口品嚐。還有小牛舌薄片，小牛舌經慢煮後，再搭配意大利什錦醃菜、莎莎青醬，以及芥末蜜餞醬，為當晚添上深邃風味。
