We stopped by Quán Cô Liêng on a research stroll through District 3, and the scent hit us before we even saw the grill.

The Bò Lá Lốt (beef wrapped in wild betel leaves, grilled over open coals) has that incredible peppery, herbaceous char that melts into rich, juicy perfection. Pair that with their classic Bún Thịt Nướng smoky grilled pork, ice-cold rice vermicelli, fresh herbs, crunchy peanuts, and that liquid-gold fish sauce dressing and you’ve got pure street food magic.

Before the first customer even sits down, the mise en place here is a work of art. Everything sliced, portioned, and marinated with unbelievable care.

Then the magic happens: elbow-to-elbow on communal tables, ice clinking in glasses, scooters whizzing by, and a bowl of sheer perfection dropped right in front of you.

It’s loud, it’s chaotic, and it’s hands-down the best dinner scene on earth! 🥢

Chef Gizzy and Chef Theign can’t wait to bring everyone together for a night of good food, great company, and plenty of crab. We’re so excited to have you come through, share the evening with us, and show some love.
