Tucked in a quiet lane of the Da’an District in Taipei is Noon, a minimalist specialty coffee shop with experimental concept to experience coffee flavours. Noon, Taipei recently competed in the 2026 2026 Taiwan Brewers Cup and came 2nd Place.

🗻 The Lost Origin Gales lot is a specialty Panama Geisha coffee produced at Finca Gales in the Chiriquí highlands (Bambito/Volcán).
