六鹹一甜。醬香蘿蔔、柚子醋海蜇開場，斑蓉羹、蜜餞西班牙黑豚肉叉燒，八時見焰配香檳與朝醬泡青瓜，黃金焗蟹蓋、海皇魚湯泡西施作高潮，蛋白杏仁茶伴腰果酥收席。
🟡【臨窗玉焰 · Emerald Flame】$1,488 / 位

🟠【岸上觀焰 · Harbour Flame】$988 / 位
六鹹一甜，岸上一席，由醬香蘿蔔、柚子醋海蜇花開場，至斑蓉羹、蜜餞西班牙黑豚肉叉燒，八時見焰配香檳與朝醬泡青瓜，再以黃金焗蟹蓋、海皇魚湯泡西施作高潮，蛋白杏仁茶伴腰果酥收席。
Harbour Flame: six savoury courses and one sweet. It opens with soy-fermented radish and jellyfish in yuzu vinegar, then minced grouper soup and candied Ibérico char siu. At eight — ch*****ne and cucumber in morning pickle. Baked golden crab shell and Xi Shi in seafood broth lead the table; egg-white almond tea with cashew pastry closes it.

花膠・膏蟹・燕窩，臨窗一席，由醬香蘿蔔、沙薑鮮鮑與子薑剁椒蟹肉皮蛋開場，至響螺頭燉花膠、蜜餞西班牙黑豚肉叉燒，八時見焰配香檳與沙薑拌蟶子，再以薑蔥焗膏蟹、富貴蝦乾泡翡翠、鵝肝和牛崧炒絲苗作高潮，杏汁燉燕窩收席。
Emerald Flame: fish maw, roe crab, bird’s nest. It opens with soy-fermented radish, sand-ginger abalone and crab meat with century egg, then double-boiled fish maw with conch and candied Ibérico char siu. At eight — ch*****ne and razor clams with sand ginger. Baked roe crab, jade greens in dried-shrimp broth and Wagyu-foie jasmine rice lead the table; almond-milk bird’s nest closes it.

As osmanthus first opens, AGATE presents two autumn crab feasts.

🟠【丹桂映蟹韻宴 · Osmanthus Feast】$588 / 位
丹桂一席，由麻香海蜇、魚子醬燻蛋與意大利黑醋叉燒開場，至蟹粉豆腐羹、蟹粉芙蓉蝦球，再以約六兩江蘇大閘蟹、乾邑牛小排作高潮，松茸麵與薑茶湯丸收席。
+$128 可升級蟹粉燴魚翅。
Osmanthus opens with jellyfish, caviar-smoked egg and black-vinegar char siu, then crab-roe tofu broth and crab-roe shrimp balls. Jiangsu hairy crab of about six taels and cognac short rib lead the table; pine-mushroom noodles and ginger-tea tang yuan close it. Crab-roe shark’s fin may be added for +$128.

🟡【錦繡江南蟹宴 · Jiangnan Feast】$888 / 位
錦繡一席，由琥珀醉雞、鮮蟹粉焗釀蟹蓋開場，至椰香燉魚皇、蟹黃金絲蝦球，再以約六兩江蘇大閘蟹、剁椒龍躉球與紅酒牛面頰作高潮，金蟹刀削麵與薑茶流心丸子收席。
Jiangnan begins with amber drunken chicken and baked crab-roe shell, then coconut fish maw and golden-silk shrimp balls. The height is Jiangsu hairy crab of about six taels, steamed giant grouper with chopped chilli, and red-wine beef cheek, finished with crab knife-cut noodles and molten ginger-tea dumplings.

A Table for Growth

多謝香港菁英會公益事務委員會、Home2 Youth Hostel 及香港山東社團總會的信任，讓璞 Agate 參與「廟街成長分享會暨餐桌禮儀實戰班」，與超過 200 位青年朋友、共創明「Teen」計劃師生及青年宿舍宿生同行。

一場分享、一堂禮儀，最終都落在同一張餐桌上。璞今次以優惠價格支持是次公益活動，希望青年不但聽故事、學禮儀，也能在真實用餐裡感受尊重、從容與待客之道。小小一份心意，只願為公益出一分力。

Thank you to The Yelites Association Community Service Committee, Home2 Youth Hostel and the Hong Kong Shandong Association for the trust. Agate was honoured to support the Temple Street Sharing Session & Table Etiquette Workshop, joining more than 200 young people, Strive and Rise Programme teachers and students, and youth hostel residents.

Stories and etiquette come alive at the table. Agate offered a community rate for this programme, so young guests could practise grace, respect and hospitality through a real meal. A modest contribution, given with a full heart.
