“ Nan Yang “

隆重介紹我們最新的signature drink —— Nan Yang .

以椰子水做基調，加入我們新鮮自家製的班蘭葉糖漿，最後配上水果風的E blend 濃縮咖啡增加層次，以及中和前者的甜度，成為我們最新的夏日特飲。

取名 「Nan Yang」除了因為飲品偏向東南亞風，還因為我們香港的第一間店（銅鑼灣店）旁邊就有一鐘「南洋酒店」，多年來總會對人介紹「我們就在南洋旁邊」，所以「Nan Yang」對我們來說就有種莫名的連結感。

因為要新鮮在街市取材，所以Nan Yang只限在中環及銅鑼灣店推出。中環店會於明天首發推出，而銅鑼灣店會於下星期（11/5）開始有售。每天售完即止。

Proudly introducing our latest signature drink —— Nan Yang.
Crafted with coconut water as the base, it features our fresh homemade pandan leaf syrup, finished with a fruity E blend espresso concentrate that adds depth and beautifully balances the sweetness. This creates our newest summer special.
We named it “Nan Yang” not only because the drink has a distinct Southeast Asian flair, but also because our very first store in Hong Kong (the Causeway Bay store) is located right next to the iconic Nanyang Hotel. For years, we’ve been telling customers “we’re just beside Nanyang,” so the name carries a special, sentimental connection for us.
Due to the need for fresh market-sourced ingredients, Nan Yang is exclusively available at our Central and Causeway Bay stores.
• The Central store will launch it Tomorrow.
• The Causeway Bay store will start offering it next week (11/5).

Starting from May, our Central store will keep everyday open from 08:00-19:00. Yes! ALSO OPEN ON MONDAY.
Still, house blend and soe may keep different with other two stores. To make this tiny corner feel more complete, please ask and tell us what you need during our soft opening. Cheers & thank you!

SOE則是一款Panama Boquete Geisha 的Amber Selection，單層日晒，保留簡單乾淨的柑子味道。該咖啡豆亦同時有售，喜歡的朋友不要錯過！

如圖中所見，店面地方需小，但其實仍然有兩個座位，如果大門有為你打開，歡迎試坐🚪

試業期間，東西還在拼湊中，任何招呼不周，請多多包涵。唯一不變的，這店將只會以espresso bar 形式出現，並不設手沖部分。
