Wait for it… Chef Olivier has someone special to introduce. 👀

We're thrilled to welcome Simon Simon So back to Clarence as our Executive Chef. Friends for over a decade, Olivier and Simon reunite for this new chapter, bringing a fresh expression of French cuisine.

Olivier will be in the kitchen alongside Simon all October, so come catch them both in action. More to come soon!
