A Feast Worthy of Reunion

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time to gather around a table that matters — with family, friends, colleagues, or valued partners. Executive Chef Billy Chow of the HKMA Central Clubhouse has curated a Mid-Autumn Set Menu, featuring Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Fresh Sichuan Peppercorn, Stir-fried Abalone with Termite Mushroom Sauce, Lobster E-Fu Noodles in Supreme Broth, and more — each dish crafted to honour the spirit of togetherness.

The Mid-Autumn Set Menu is available from 14–25 September, offered as a half table (HK$4,688, serves 6 guests), minimum 6 diners required. Book by 11 September to enjoy an exclusive 10% early bird discount. Reserve now before seats fill up.

Where Medicine Meets the Table.

In the Rites of Zhou, the Food Physician ranked first among all healers — a recognition that diet is the foundation of wellbeing. Hippocrates echoed the same conviction centuries later: "Let food be thy medicine." The HKMA Central Clubhouse is built upon this shared philosophy. Our dishes are never about restraint for its own sake — they are about weaving nourishment into genuine culinary pleasure, achieving a balance between indulgence and care. We believe a truly good meal satisfies both body and spirit.

Take our Executive Chef Chow Sung-ting's Prawn with Mango Mayonnaise — fresh prawns hand-beaten to a springy bite, lightly battered and flash-fried to seal in their natural sweetness, then gently draped in a velvety mango sauce. Crispy on the outside, succulent within, with a playful interplay of sweet and savoury — it is a dish that delights the palate while honouring the body. High-protein prawns meet vitamin-rich fresh mango: a perfect demonstration that flavour and nourishment need never be at odds.

The Observatory has announced that Typhoon Signal No. 8 will be replaced by Typhoon Signal No.3 at 12:40pm today. To ensure the safety of our members and staff, the HKMA Central Clubhouse will be closed for lunch service and will resume operations for dinner service as scheduled.
