A thoughtful synthesis of South Asian aromatics and Vietnamese street food heritage, this limited-edition sandwich pairs a rich chicken Keema spread and charcoal-grilled chicken with a fiery Laal Mirch chutney, balanced by crisp pickled vegetables and a freshly baked baguette.
