“Because one is never enough and well, as the French say; ‘Jamais deux sans trois’”

Introducing Trois Martini Lunch—Jean-Pierre’s first-ever lunch service, launching this Thursday, 15 October and only here through the festive season.

An ode to the long French déjeuner, where the plates are generous, the glasses are full and the conversation carries you through the afternoon. Settle in for bistro classics, from Steak Tartare to Boeuf Bourguignon, with a little martini mischief along the way.

This is not a lunch you squeeze in between meetings. This is a lunch you cancel meetings for.

Some desserts don’t simply arrive at the table.

They make an entrance.

The most famous story of this iconic dessert places it at the Café de Paris in Monte Carlo in the late 19th century. A young Captain, Henri Charpentier, is said to have accidentally set the orange liqueur sauce alight while preparing crêpes for the Prince of Wales. He reportedly named the dish after a young woman at the table, Suzette.

The Crêpe Suzette is folded softly, almost like a little secret. Then comes the perfume of orange—bright zest, warm juice, and a glossy caramel sauce that catches the candlelight. Finally, a splash of liqueur meets the 🔥
