In our kitchen, Italian and Japanese culinary traditions offer two distinct ways to explore the season’s black truffle.

Freshly shaved over Homemade Tagliolini, it meets the woodsy depth of porcini mushrooms and the savoury richness of Parmigiano; paired with Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki, it joins tender beef, tofu, and maitake mushrooms in a Japanese classic. Across these preparations, the same ingredient takes on a completely different character.

There is a certain pleasure in seeing aqua after dark, and Halloween gives the terrace a reason to dress differently.

On October 31, the celebrations begin with Weekend Brunch from 12pm to 4pm, complete with a special Halloween dessert platter, a DJ on the floor, and face painting for kids. After sunset, Evening Brunch takes over from 8pm to 11pm, with a Halloween dessert platter, adult face painting, live-spun music until 11pm and the lights of Victoria Harbour beyond the terrace.

For those staying later, the Halloween Party runs from 8pm until late, with Ch*****ne, Halloween cocktails and the city below. Early-bird tickets are available from 5 to 15 October at HK$458. Save the date for a night above the city.

夜幕下的aqua，總有種獨特的魅力；萬聖節一到，露台酒吧更換上截然不同的面貌。

10月31日，將以週末早午餐揭開序幕。中午12時至下午4時，特別呈獻萬聖節甜品拼盤，還有現場DJ音樂，以及小朋友臉部彩繪。日落之後，晚間早午餐於晚上8時至11時接力登場，也帶來萬聖節甜品拼盤，還有成人臉部彩繪﹐以及現場音樂直至晚上11時。而從早到晚，在露台酒吧都能欣賞壯麗的維港景色。

The Kyoto Set Lunch welcomes a new creation: Bara Chirashi Don, a generous bowl of finely cut sashimi, seasoned rice and fresh toppings layered for contrasting textures and clean Japanese flavour. It joins a menu of appetisers, rice courses and mains, with two- and three-course options available from Monday to Thursday.

Take your lunch somewhere with a little more space, a little more flavour and Victoria Harbour beyond the table from Monday to Thursday.
