First up, NICE NORI is now open on Elgin Street, bringing Japanese handrolls to the neighbourhood.

On Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 October, Chef Mina Güçlüer welcomes Chef Mark of Kong Hans Kælder for a Michelin-starred collaboration that brings two singular culinary perspectives to the BELON table.

On Thursday 15 October, Grand Majestic Sichuan celebrates the best of the sea with fresh catch and fiery flavours—a bold feast of spice, smoke and Sichuanese flair.

Over at JEAN-PIERRE , the festive season begins with the Trois Martini Lunch, served every Thursday and Friday until the 26th of December. A proper bistro affair with a little Parisian indulgence built in.

Then on Friday 16 October, Gelato Messina opens the dancefloor for Messina Discoteria, where dinner turns into a proper night out.

Come Saturday 17 October, Magistracy Dining Room invites you to linger over an exquisite Afternoon Tea, complete with all the sweet and savoury pleasures of the occasion.

Also available now, Chef Kirk’s Cumin Lamb Rice Paper Rolls are on the menu at Le Garçon Saigon throughout October, while La Vache! Exchange Square welcomes PEAK PIZZA to the bar menu.

Our love letter to Lebanon is here. Today, we open the doors to Maison Libanaise .

For Chef Teya, it began at home in Lebanon, watching her mother and grandmother turn simple ingredients into meals that brought everyone to the table. Their generosity stayed with her: the instinct to feed people well, pour another glass and make room for one more.

This summer, Teya returned to Lebanon, and our team traveled to listen, taste, and learn. Now, after ten years on Shelley Street, we are ready to welcome you into the next chapter of our Maison: a Lebanese restaurant and w**e bar inspired by the homes of Beirut’s Achrafieh neighborhood, with her memories at its heart.

Come for warm saj bread, mezze passed around the table, the smoke of the charcoal grill, and a glass of Lebanese w**e. Stay a little longer to enjoy being together.

NEPAL’S STORY IS BLACK SHEEP’S STORY.

Earlier this month, we set out to raise HK$500,000 for flood relief and recovery in Nepal. Together, our community raised HK$628,000.

To every guest who donated, every team member who shared the message, and every person who stood beside our Nepalese hospitaliers and their families during an unimaginably difficult time: thank you.

Through the Black Sheep Family Fund, the funds will support the work of the United Nations World Food Programme, Save the Children Nepal , and Mountain Heart Nepal —three organisations delivering vital relief on the ground, from emergency food, water and sanitation to medical care and education.

This is a powerful expression of what hospitality can be: care that reaches far beyond our dining rooms, and a community that shows up for one another when it matters most.

On Thursday 24 September, Associazione Chianti welcomes Tenuta San Fabiano for Vintage Editions, a Tuscan feast perfectly paired with exceptional pours. Over at Botanical Garden, An Evening Under the Moonlight brings together live music, canapés and good company, while Falcone IFC serves up L’Ultima Pesca, an Italian seafood feast to remember.

Then on Thursday 10 September, Chef Josh pays tribute to the art of Norcini at Associazione Chianti — a celebration of Italy’s great cured-meat tradition, best enjoyed with a generous glass of Chianti.

Come Saturday 12 September, Chôm Chôm brings the Hanoi Brunch to the table with signature rolls and zesty salads, La Vache! Peak throws a Flower Power dinner party in full bloom, and Taqueria Super Macho brings the fiesta with Sábado Loco.
