Using the best mangoes in season, our pastry chef has created a refreshing version of the renowned Asian dessert, Mango Sago. Nestled on a thin sablé, you’ll find mango compote and coconut jelly, combined with coconut and vanilla sago, and topped with fresh mango slices and lime zest.
