GOGYO HK GOGYO is a casual-chic Japanese “Gastropub” where simple yet sophisticated food and beverages are served to the hip and cool epicureans of Hong Kong.

GOGYO was founded single-handedly by Shigemi Kawahara, the internationally-renowned “Ramen King” in 2003, with stores in Kyoto, Nagoya and Nishiazabu. GOGYO Kyoto consistently tops the Tripadvisor ranking, making it a never-to-miss dining option for Kyoto travelers. GOGYO由享譽國際的神級拉麵大王河原成美 (Shigemi Kawahara) 於2003年一手創辦，現時於日本京都，名古屋及西麻布均設有分店，其中最為人熟悉的京都分店更常於大型旅遊網站TripAdvisor 的排名榜上保持人氣高企，為京都旅遊人士必到食府之一。


呑んでつまんで麺で〆る、業界に衝撃を与えた“ラーメンダイニング”。
従来のラーメン屋とは一線を画し、ゆっくりとお酒を呑み、一品料理をつまみながら、最後を麺で〆るというコンセプト。ラーメンは、“焦がし”の技法を用いた、香ばしく深みのある味わい深い独創的なもの。調理時に高く吹き上がる炎は、店内の演出にも一役買っています。
店名の「五行」とは、陰陽五行説から取ったものです。この思想は店づくりに生かされており、内外装は五行思想の「木火土金水」をテーマに、緊張と緩和のバランスを取っています。優しさ、大らかさを表す“木”のカウンターや“土”の壁。天井近くまであがる焦がしラーメンの“炎”など、五行思想の各要素を配置することで、誰もが落ち着いてくつろげる空間を醸成します。
