早前，一位即將代表香港出賽的學生，於 L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong 參與服務時段實習，親身體驗高級餐飲廚房的日常運作。

從食材處理、節奏掌控，到團隊協作與出品標準，每個細節皆展現頂級餐飲對精準與專業的追求；而擺盤美學與整體體驗設計，亦進一步拓闊對現代廚藝的理解。

我們相信，真正的學習來自現場，亦期待繼續透過不同合作，支持本地年輕人才走向更廣闊舞台。

We are pleased to collaborate with VTC in supporting the next generation of culinary talent.

Recently, a student representing Hong Kong in an upcoming competition joined L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong for a service-time internship, gaining valuable exposure to the operations and standards of a fine dining kitchen.
