【Goodbye with love 👋 ! Vegan and Empathy】

Dear Customers,

After a year of service, Veggi Monster will be saying goodbye from Sheung Wan. First of all, we wholeheartedly thank you for all our customers’ love & support during the past year. It has been a great pleasure serving home-made vegan burger and other foods we’ve made & created with passion. It means the most to us when we saw our customer sitting at the small table outside our shop, enjoying a bite of our burger with a smile on their faces.

The aim of Veggi Monster was to provide new types of vegan food to the community, in order to attract more people into the vegetarian / vegan circle, and make the life of vegan more colorful with different food choices. We believe, at the end of the day, it’s not just vegan, but empathy to the environment, people and animals, can make the world a better and more peaceful one. Veggi Monster is just a concept, and it could be carried out by anyone, it might not be in form of a restaurant, but everyone could do in their own aspect to make contribution and make the world a better one. If everyone stop thinking about only their own self, but also consider others around, with a bigger picture in mind, so the place we live, and the way we live, would be in balance & harmony.

We will operate until 28th September, and we welcome you to pay us a visit 😁
We will consider providing food catering services to customers upon order in the future, so people could arrange their event with vegan foods. However, we will first take a small break at the moment. Thank you again, and wish every people & animals all the best!

親愛的各位，

上環 Veggi Monster 於9月28號，星期5，會同大家講再見。首先，在此感謝各位的支持厚愛。過去一年，我們很高興將自製純素漢堡帶給大家。每當看見顧客欣賞我們的食物時，那種開心感受，給予我們滿足感和動力。

Veggi Monster目的是提供相對新穎的純素食物，以吸引更多人加入素食/純素食圈，並使素食者的食物選擇，更加多姿多彩。我們的最終目的，不僅僅是素食主義，而是對環境，人類和動物的同理心，才可以使世界變得更美好和平。這個概念，並不一定以餐廳的形式，每個人都可以在自己的專業和範疇作出貢獻，讓世界變得更好。放低自身執著和固執，將整個社會/世界視爲一體，才能達到平衡與和諧。

我們將運營到9月28日，今個月歡迎你來光臨。
同時，我們將考慮在未來，提供到會服務，讓大家可以安排有關素食的活動。再次感謝各位，願世界更多同理心
